Charles Connor CFA

Charles joined K2’s investment team in the spring of 2017 and is currently a Portfolio Manager with a focus on risk arbitrage and convertible arbitrage strategies. Previously he was a Managing Director on the institutional equities desk at BMO Capital Markets where he focused on risk arbitrage trading. Prior to that role, Charles was an Executive Director at CIBC World Markets, also on the institutional equities desk, where he was a senior trader in quantitative and program trading. Charles is a CFA charterholder with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance and a Minor in Computer Science from McMaster University.
