K2, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to require any Limited Partner to redeem some or all of the Class A Units owned by such Limited Partner by notice in writing to the Limited Partner given at least 30 days before the date of redemption or such lesser period as is acceptable to the General Partner.

- K2 is responsible for personal information in our possession, including data transferred to service providers who perform duties on our behalf such as fund administrators, custodians, financial service providers, such as banks and others used to finance or facilitate transactions by, or operations of a fund, broker-dealers, accountants, auditors and lawyers, as necessary to administer our funds and enforce our rights.

- Prime Brokers and custodians include BMO, CIBC, Scotia, TD, and Goldman Sachs
- Auditor is Goodman & Associates LLP.
- Legal Counsel is Aird & Berlis LLP.
- When K2 shares personal information with our service providers, they must protect it and handle it in ways that are consistent with our privacy policies, our procedures, and applicable laws.
- K2 may also share your information within the K2 affiliates in some cases, and where permitted by law
- K2 does not share your personal information without your consent with any organization outside our group of companies for the purpose of that organization marketing its products or services to you.
Protection
- K2 has implemented controls to protect your personal information and designated individuals who are responsible for monitoring our ongoing compliance with this Policy.
- K2 will protect personal information with security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it from unauthorized access, release, modification or use.
